Rattling your eardrums and coming over you like the warped offspring of ‘AC/DC’ tanked up on a vintage batch of whisky handed down by ‘Therapy?’, Codejak will pound your head into compliance with their invigorating blend of Punk-infused Alt-rock.
Taking from everyone from the Foo Fighters, AC/DC and Therapy?, CodeJak come at you all guns blazing with their own blend of edgy alternative rock. The band have the deft ability to expertly manipulate melody and off-kilter riffage, which firmly sets them apart from the glut of many of their counterparts.
Ever since 2009, CodeJak have gigged up and down the country racking up supports with the likes of The Buzzcocks, The Selector, Sham 69 and Fozzy, along the way. The Brit rock beasts also released their debut EP “Hell Yeah” to further enhance their stock and secure them swift elevation to a national level.
The band’s current record, ‘Times Of Conflict’, is the brawling UK riff tyrants’ debut album and it has garnered widespread national coverage from Kerrang!, Big Cheese and Rocksound, through to the likes of Terrorizer. The Northern road warriors now set loose a brand new video for the album’s highlight ‘The Ballad Of Jenny G’. The track is a monstrous slice of sleazy punked-up rock ‘n’ roll, and will blow your head clean off! Look out for tour dates to coincide with the release, and head over to the band’s Facebook for updates – www.facebook.com/codejak
